Fiuuuu searches and compares flights but doesn't sell them: prices and conditions are those of the seller you book with, and can change until you pay.
The service
Fiuuuu, run by Andrea Previtali, is a flight search engine: it compares offers published by airlines and online travel agencies ("partner sites") and directs you to their site to book. Fiuuuu doesn't sell tickets, isn't a travel agency and doesn't take payments.
Bookings
When you click Book you leave Fiuuuu. The contract is concluded between you and the partner site, under its conditions: payment, changes, refunds, baggage and support depend on it.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability come from partner sites at the time of the search and may change. Before sending you to book we check that the offer is still the one shown and warn you if the price has changed, but the price stated by the partner site at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Itineraries and overland stops are suggestions and are not included in the price.
Travel information
Information on stopovers, visas and transfer times is indicative. Documents, visas and entry requirements must be checked on official sources, for example viaggiaresicuri.it.
Commissions
Fiuuuu may receive a commission from partner sites when you book through our links. The commission doesn't change the price you pay and doesn't decide the order of the results, which follows the criterion you choose.
Fair use
You may not use Fiuuuu in an automated or bulk way, nor attempt to get around its technical limits.
Liability
We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date, but we are not liable for errors, delays or failures of partner sites or carriers, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not affect the rights the law grants to consumers.
